Pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Regarding the investigation of the death of Mr. David Lee Davis, reported to have occurred February 10th, 2017. Records requested are between the dates of February 1st, 2017 to October 2017.

Any/all audio or video recording of law enforcement's interview with Guy Lopez interview on or around February 2017 and any subsequent contact regrading this case.

Body cam footage of officers Detective Randy Herbert, Detective Luis Chapa, and Sergeant Phillips related to the murder of David Davis, as well as any recorded footage from any subsequent searches

Dashcam footage from any of the above or additional responders to the scene in February 2017. Recordings of any 911 calls related to Melonie Smith or David Davis through the stated dates.

Any/all audio or video recording of law enforcement interview or other contact with Melonie Smith interview on or around February 11th, 2017, or in relation to the death of Davis,

Any audio or video footage of questioning or other contact with Michelle Bennett in relation to this incident. Any audio or video footage of Kevin Day including arrest, detainment, questioning regarding this incident.
