I’m writing to ask you to clarify your request. When you say that you "request all cases," what specific information from those cases are you seeking? For example, are you seeking defendant names, court case numbers, etc.?
This letter requesting clarification is made pursuant to Texas Government Code § 552.222.  If the County does not receive a written response within 61 days from the date of this letter, the underlying request for public information will be considered to have been withdrawn in accordance with § 552.222.  Please respond in writing using one of the following methods so that there is a record of your response:
