request all cases presented to a grand jury for TX PC 25.03, interference with child custody;
request all cases convictions for Texas Penal Code 25.03, Interference with Child Custody;
and request a list of each case number.
request a copy of your DA policy or procedural on custody interference cases.
request cases that were presented AND convicted on false allegations of domestic violence and child abuse;
request a list of each case number.
request cases were presented AND convicted on perjury and aggravated perjury;
request a list of each case number.
request instructions on presenting a personal/constituent complaint before the Bexar County Grand Jury.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I’m writing to ask you to clarify your request. When you say that you "request all cases," what specific information from those cases are you seeking? For example, are you seeking defendant names, court case numbers, etc.?
This letter requesting clarification is made pursuant to Texas Government Code § 552.222. If the County does not receive a written response within 61 days from the date of this letter, the underlying request for public information will be considered to have been withdrawn in accordance with § 552.222. Please respond in writing using one of the following methods so that there is a record of your response:
