Ethics and invoices

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I request all payments/receipts/work orders/requests/invoices in regard to any and all investigations conducted by Regina Ryan of Discrimination and Harassment Solutions LLC and /or for services provided as an investigator from 2022-2023. These are not privileged as Ms. Ryan was not acting in the capacity of legal counsel but merely as an investigator.

Per103 CMR 901.04: Waivers
I request any waiver requested or approved, or denied, submitted by Donna Buckley in her position as an appointed Labor Attorney to Barnstable County Sheriffs Dept, with any response written by any Sheriff or facility administrator or any responsible party of Barnstable County Correctional Facility from 2018 to March 2022 regarding a waiver of one or more standards of 103 CMR 900.00 through 979.00, particularly the Code of Conduct and any waiver allowing Donna Buckley, as Labor Attorney to the Barnstable County Sheriffs Dept, a Massachusetts Law Enforcement Agency, permission to be social with and/or publicly associated with or allowed association with any convicted federal or state felons.

I request the yearly Conflict of interest law training completion records as an appointed county employee Donna Buckley from Jan 2018 to March 2022.
I request the yearly Conflict of Interest law training completion records as an appointed county employee Richard L Corey Jr from 2017 to 2023.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
