[REVISED] Lists of civil lawsuits brought against Austin PD

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:

A list of all civil rights and tort lawsuits brought against the Austin Police Department since Jan. 1, 2009. If possible, i would also like the list to include the disposition of those cases -- whether they are pending or closed and any settlement or judgement amounts paid as a result of those cases.

On Sept. 16, I received a list of the lawsuits I mentioned above. However, due to an error in my own request, the list did not contain case dispositions or settlement and judgement amounts.

I greatly appreciate the time you put into fulfilling my previous request, and I apologize for the extra burden I'm now placing on you.

If possible, I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
