List of banned persons from the Texas State Capitol grounds (Texas Department Of Public Safety)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A list of the full names of all persons who have been banned (or are in the process of being banned) from any part of the Texas State Capitol grounds for any amount of time that is between the moments of December 2nd 1998 04:53:56 CST and May 5th 2023 11:55:20 CST. For each person also include the starting and ending date and time for which they are banned. If a person is banned permanently just include the starting date and time that they were banned.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
