Specifically, you were advised that a search for responsive records yielded over 12,000 results, which was deemed to be unduly burdensome.  Further, we extended an invitation to confer and narrow your request to the extent that it would no longer create an undue burden to process.  As noted in the November 2 communication, the opportunity to revise your request would remain for ten (10) business days and then be subject to denial.  To date, the request remains unduly burdensome is denied as such.
