Request for video footage and reports for the following incident

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- all incident reports, weapon discharge reports, or use-of-force reports filed by officers or agents involved in the January 20, 2020 shooting of Christian Edlin in Atlanta, Georgia.
- any body camera footage or still photographs taken by officers or agents related to the Sep. 3, 2020 shooting of Christian Edlin in Atlanta, Georgia.
- any surveillance or security footage related to the January, 2020 shooting of Christian Edlin in Atlanta, Georgia.

- any summaries or reports of the findings of the internal investigation into the shooting of Edlin, including interview transcripts.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
