Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All contracts, licenses, MOUs, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with Flock Safety.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

My research has determined why this did not register with the Department of Procurement (DOP) because it was handled by the Atlanta Police Foundation. You may want to reach out to Yolanda Paschal in the Atlanta Police Department (APD) at ypaschall@AtlantaGa.Gov<mailto:ypaschall@AtlantaGa.Gov> and/or OpenRecords-Police@AtlantaGA.gov<mailto:OpenRecords-Police@AtlantaGA.gov>. However, the DOP does not have a procurement in place for these services for the Flock Group, therefore, we have no documents to make available to you through the DOP.
