Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide a copy of:
(1) the City of Atlanta’s deed to Land Lot 83 of the 15th District, Dekalb County, Georgia, Tax Parcel ID 15-082-01-001, known as 561 Key Rd. SE; and
(2) the City of Atlanta’s deed to Land Lot 81 of the 15th District, Dekalb County, Georgia, Tax Parcel ID 15-081-08-001, known as 3054 Fayetteville Rd; and
(3) the City of Atlanta’s deed to Land Lot 81 of the 15th District, Dekalb County, Georgia, Tax Parcel ID 15-081-08-002, known as 3184 Fayetteville Rd.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

You’re mistaken. not asking for the official record of the deed. I know the property is in DeKalb County.
I am asking for any proof whatsoever that the City of Atlanta has a copy of that deed. Anything.
And I’m going to take this denial as evidence that Atlanta lacks such documentation unless corrected by your office.
