Georgia Opens Records Request: Criminal Records and Release Dates (Atlanta) (MARTA Police Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the current criminal records of individuals arrested, jailed, or imprisoned that have been released from Atlanta City Detention Center within the previous year if available to the public. This request includes publicly available biographical information of the individuals, the contact information of the individual, the duration of incarceration, the area where the individual was released, or other related information included in the surveillance of formerly incarcerated citizens.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
