Communications between WABE and Cox

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Emails between employees and board members of WABE, also known as the Atlanta Educational Telecommunications Collaborative, and employees of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (employees possessing email addresses that end in @ajc.com), Cox Media Group (@cmg.com or @coxmediagroup.com), and Cox Enterprises (@coxinc.com, @cox.com, and @coxenterprises.com) and the James M. Cox Foundation from April 1, 2023 through August 10, 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
