Hi, Beryl,

I am still working on this for you including your two additional requests that came in with this one simultaneously. I am just waiting to see if we are the custodian of these records. I will keep you posted as soon as I have an update.

Thank You.

From: Atlanta Police Department

Hi, Beryl,

APD does not use or have any contract agreements for the use of cell-site simulators such as Stingrays, Kingfish, or IMSI catchers. You can acquire further on those technologies with a federal law enforcement agency.

Thank You.
