To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

This request concerns the Atlanta Police Department's use of PredPol Predictive Policing Software. It is supplementary to the request filed by Michael Morisy on September 16, 2016.

I am requesting the following records related to the above program:

Any correspondence regarding the selection and implementation of the PredPol Predictive Policing Software. This includes correspondence in the form of emails, email attachments, paper letters, and any other form of correspondence. It includes

• Correspondence between any employees, staff or officials of the Atlanta Police Department and any other organization or outside vendor, including but not limited to the Atlanta Police Foundation and PredPol, Inc.

• Internal correspondence between employees, staff, and/or officials of the Atlanta Police Department.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Ms. Espy:
This is in regard to our original request of 9/16/16 and supplemental request of 11/30/16. We do not know which employees are, or were, working on the PredPol Software procurement or implementation. Therefore, we request that you run a search of all employee emails from January 1, 2013 to the present with the key word PredPol.
