Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

All emails which are sent to, from, CCed, or BCCed, Sean Edmondson from January 1, 2022 to October 27, 2023 containing any of the following keywords: "Fusus", "Hexagon", "ShotSpotter", "Axon", "Real Time Crime Center", "RTCC" and/or "ALPR." Please include any variations that are not case sensitive. Please include all email attachments.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

You are hereby notified that your Request has been determined to be unduly burdensome pursuant to Section 3(g) of FOIA, 5 ILCS 140/3(g), specifically, but without limitation, providing the specified records would be unduly burdensome to the Village in that it would take several days to review the documents as requested. There are over 600 hits on the keywords and timeframe that you have requested.

I hereby extend to you an opportunity to meet and confer with me in an attempt to narrow your Request to manageable proportions. I am more than happy to discuss other options to reduce the request to a more manageable scope.
