John Mc Keogh called the police to enforce 720 ILCS 5/10-5.5 Unlawful visitation or parenting time interference @ 103 W Canterbury Arlington heights Il 60004. Sunday 01/14/2024 at 12:00pm
Please provide full body cam and audio of the call made to Michelle Focht as it is part of evidence for violating the agreed and sign judge's order to produce the minor child Sloane Mc Keogh for visitation with the father John James Mc Keogh every Sundays 12 noon until five pm every Sunday. The police called Michelle Focht at 708-917-0629 to find out why she was not at 103 W Canterbury dr Arlington Heights Il 60004.
Michelle Focht and the minor child who is my daughter are not protected by any privacy laws as you formally replied the original FOIA Request 24-219 The conversations between the office, Michelle, and my daughter Sloane are part of evidence in the 720 ILCS 5/10-5.5 violation. This is also to serve as a formal letter to preserve evidence as part of Case No. 2023 D 79538
140/7 (1)(e): Security of lock up, detention area/ inside squad car.
140/7 (b)/(c): radio traffic, computer screen regarding other people-privacy and personal information
Please provide officer body cam footage for report AHP24-000856 fifteen minutes before and fifteen minutes after the call was responded to by the officer all the information about the parties in the recorded footage is known and I am the father of the child.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
