Any perks or benefits offered to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) in exchange for committing to build a new facility in Arizona.

Any communications between TSMC officials are officials in the Arizona Office of the Governor and Arizona State Treasurer

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your inquiry, while our office was not involved with the TSMC issue, we ran a search on our systems just to make sure. As I suspected, we have no communications or records on the matter other than media news on the issue.
