Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:

All available reports, databases, spreadsheets, and related materials detailing funds collected by the Arizona State Treasurer as indicated by Attachments F and G of Arizona Department of Corrections Department Order 905 (https://corrections.az.gov/sites/default/files/policies/900/0905.pdf). Please provide all available segregable data by month and facility. Please also include all available segregable data detailing the type of collection for which the funds were submitted (e.g. Room & Board, Escapee Apprehension Costs, Utility Charges, Copies - Legal, etc.).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

We are in receipt of your request. However, the information you requested is not in our possession as the record keeping for the items listed in Attachment F or G does not reside with our office. We merely accept the deposit and the transaction would be entered into the state’s accounting system kept by the Department of Corrections and/or the General Accounting Office for the State of Arizona.
