I am writing you to request the autopsy of Tammy Lynette Robeson who passed away in Palestine Texas October 10, 2015. Her date of birth was January 15, 1963. A request was already made to Forensic Medical Management Services located in Tyler Texas. 11980 Highway 155 North, Tyler, TX 75708. Telephone (903) 877-3800 & Fax (903) 877-3880.
LaRhonda Osborn from Forensic Medical Management Service has advised they cannot process the public information request and it has to be directed to you.
