Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) All calls for service to Disneyland Resort, California Adventure Park, and/or Downtown Disney District between the dates of January 2023 through when this request is processed.

2) All, if any, arrest records involving individuals that were in either Disneyland Resort, California Adventure Park, or Downtown Disney District at time of arrest between the dates of January 2023 to when this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The Anaheim Police Department received your Public Records Act Request dated April 1, 2024 wherein you have requested the following:

 

1) All calls for service to Disneyland Resort, California Adventure Park, and/or Downtown Disney District between the dates of January 2023 through when this request is processed.

2) All, if any, arrest records involving individuals that were in either Disneyland Resort, California Adventure Park, or Downtown Disney District at time of arrest between the dates of January 2023 to when this request is processed

The record(s) you seek may be withheld from production if they fall within any of the following exemptions to the Public Records Act:

 

·        Police investigatory records are generally exempt from disclosure pursuant to Government Code §7923.600(a);

·        Documents reflecting police techniques or "security procedures" are expressly exempt from disclosure pursuant to Government Code §7923.600(a);

·        Personal contact information is exempt from disclosure. [Government Code §7922.000];

·        You are not the victim of the subject incident, nor have you provided that you are an authorized representative thereof, and the report is exempt from disclosure pursuant to Government Code §7923.615(a);

·        Body worn camera footage is considered evidence and is exempt from release, pursuant to Government Code §7923.600(a);

Without waiving the foregoing exemptions and subject to them, the Anaheim Police Department has identified records responsive to your request and have been published to our NextRequest portal.
