Regarding officer Bowling ID 17080, and her male partner. The third name unknown officer , proximally 7:30AM, on Freeway 88.
And the phone conversation with Sergeant A Braaksma ID16551***
Agency: Police Department, The office of Alpine High Way Patrol, Alpine County, CA 96120.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
