Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Emails between one of more a member of the town council (including the mayor) and any email address ending in @mail.house.gov including the word "Israel" from October 7, 2023 to the present date.
If any emails contain attachments, please include those attachments as well. If some portions of the requested records are properly exempt from disclosure, please disclose any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the requested records. For example, for an email containing sensitive personal information, please redact the personal information but release the rest of the email.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

This request is currently in process. For clarification, as these were duplicated requests, an extension of time for response is requested with response currently anticipated by end of business on 2/7/24.
