CBP Officer Reference Tool

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This is an ongoing FOIA request for documents that are currently created and are in the process of being created. Please provide these documents as they become available.

* Copy of the Final CBP Officer Reference Tool, upon completion.
* Copy of the current Draft of the CBP Officer Reference Tool.
* Copy of current Drafting Documents for the CBP Officer Reference Tool.
* Copy of all memos referring to the Officer Reference Tool starting in 2010.
* Copy of all interim memos and guidance created by CBP while the Inspector's Field Manual is no longer being used but before the Officer Reference Tool is completed, as they are created and made available.
* Copy of the Officer Reference Tool software, once completed.
* Copy of the Officer Reference Tool decision tree or other descriptions, once completed.
* Copy of the CBP Officer Reference Tool development schedule and plan.

I also request that fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires, and with rolling updates as requested documents are created.
