Residence Halls Violations

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Records of all liquor disciplinary violations, mental health interventions, drug disciplinary violations, reports of rape, reports of stalking, reports of sexual harassment, reports of sexual assault, referrals to the office of Title IX and civil rights, reports of statutory rape, and miscellaneous policy violations from student residence halls dating from January 1, 2010, to October 31, 2021(inclusive). I am requesting this information have the following information (but not limited to): exact date reporting of the violation (e.g., the month, day, and year), location violation occurred (e.g. Excellence, Hatch, or Johnston), and type of violation (e.g., liquor, drug, rape, sexual harassment, statutory rape violation).

If this data can be given in a spreadsheet format (e.g., .xls, .csv, .xlsx) this would be most appreciated.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
