For the multifamily property known as Crystal Towers and Crytal Flats located at 1600 South Eads Street and 505 18th Street South Arlington VA 22202 with Parcel ID 5-011-010, 35-011-011, 35-011-001, please provide the following information:
Notice and summary of any open/outstanding zoning, building, and/or fire code violations, or written confirmation that none currently exist;
Copies of Certificates of Occupancy, or if none are available, please state the reason for their absence and whether the lack of Certificates of Occupancy will result in any enforcement action; and
Copies of any zoning approval documents, specifically a copy of the Crystal Towers Site Plan #13 and 1720 S Eads Street Site Plan #424
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
