Hi,

To clarify your request:

Are you requesting the NARA files listed under:
Records potentially responsive to your request were transferred to the
National Archives
and Records Administration (NARA), and they were not previously processed
pursuant to
the FOIA. You may file a request with NARA using the address above. Please
reference
file numbers 72-HQ-2483, 105-HQ-165503, 105-HQ-172694, 73-HQ-18503,
26-HQ425217, 2-HQ-1566, 87-HQ-133457, 100-NF-6679, 26-HQ-440827 and
2-HQ-1499 in
your correspondence.

Or are you asking about FBI's records schedules governing the destruction
of temporary records?

Sincerely,

Megan Dwyre

Thanks for reaching out to clarify.

I'm aware of the general schedules. Regardless of the schedules, records are still generated as part of the transfer and documenting the transfer of records to NARA. That is what I am asking for - those specific records for the files listed.
