Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any reports and/or bodycam footage related to the arrest of Allen Weah, warrant: JSWR012964 case C-1-CR-24-150003 on January 5, 2024. The warrant was signed by Detective P. Salo #3012. The arrest took place at 1200 Estancia Parkway, #625, Austin, TX 786952.
Additionally, if the eviction order was enforced on March 5, 2024, any reports and/or bodycam footage related to that incident would be requested as well. The warning regarding the writ was posted March 4, 2024 by Luis Reyes #516. Cause # C1CV23005479. It said it would be executed on or after 10:45am on March 5, 2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
