To whom it may concern,
We have received a check for $15 to request for an autopsy report. To complete the process all business checks must include a telephone number per DALLAS COUNTY TREASURER'S OFFICE.
Once we have the information and Autopsy is complete we will process. Should you have any questions please contact Records 214-920-5900.
We will hold the check till Friday 4/15/23 otherwise will send check back to requestor.
