Communications

From: Oliver Kamm

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the FOIA and Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

All records in any media, memorandum, letters, emails reports, SMS or MMS messages, VOIP logs — general, and redacting officer or personal information, relating to the Surveillance of Oliver Kamm, in Lazy Lake anytime in the 6 months prior to — or anytime until today from October 11th, 2018.

This includes all records who of approved this surveillance — how many individuals without naming officers, took part and for what length of time.

A total number of man hours the BSO devoted to this project including any outside contractors or civil employee hours in total.

A general description of the techniques used, and any non Grand Jury Judicial approval or this surveillance — as referenced by SWAT Officer Hickox of the BSO.

All records of the altered police report presented to the States Attorney, removing Deputy 9172 - Steven Briggs — who appears on the official Complaint and Probable cause affidavit filed with the Clerk of Courts -- who signed as Notary on October 11, yet is not present on the later report. Entered First, by Officer Hickox himself, before being corrected by another officer who scratched out Hickox Notary signature and reentered it.

This would contain any communication in any form that would shed light on to who and why the probable cause affidavit altered. On what date altered, and why it changed to remove a crucial element as Deputy Briggs is on the Brady List.

Also, any records relating to Officer Hickox's former circumstance that resulted in him being on the Brady list and why his name removed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 days.

Sincerely,

Oliver Kamm
