Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Materials related to requests for information regarding abortion services. Please include as responsive:

1. Any public records requests, as well as any provided responses or responsive materials, submitted by groups with a publicly known focus on anti-abortion and pro-life sentiments. Please include but do not limit responsive materials to those referencing the following organizations:
- Pro-Life Action League
- National Right to Life
- Check My Clinic
- The Center for Medical Progress
- Coalition for Life
- Operation Rescue
- Right to Life.

If there is a group, like a local city group, that has this sentiment but was not listed, please also provide their requests as well.

2. All communications, from Jan. 1, 2015 to present day, between your agency and representatives of the following organizations:
- Pro-Life Action League
- National Right to Life
- Check My Clinic
- The Center for Medical Progress
- Coalition for Life
- Operation Rescue
- Right to Life.

3. Any and all requests and documents with following words:

We estimate that we will be able to locate, assemble, review for exemptions, and provide records responsive to your request on or before August 30, 2019.

WAC 246-08-990<http://app.leg.wa.gov/WAC/default.aspx?cite=246-08-990> (RCW 42.56.120) authorizes the Department of Health to collect fees for providing copies either electronically or in paper format. After the location, nature and number of records has been determined, we will give you a cost estimate for production of the records. Attached you will find a copy of our fee schedule. You may receive records in three ways;

* Paper copies. Paper copies are $.15 per copy.

* Electronic. We may email you attachments or provide on a compact disk or other media.

o We are able to send a file size (records) up to 10 MB via email.

o You will be responsible to communicate if there are any size restrictions associated with receiving records. (Please make sure your email account is able to accept file sizes up to 10MB.)

In the event you no longer need the requested records, please notify us.
