I would like to appeal the FBI's response to my FOIA request (Request No.: 1616892-000). The rejection stated "we were unable to identify records subject to the FOIPA that are responsive to your request", but the work.businessclub.so website was referenced on page 15 of the "Declaration of Special Agent Elliott Peterson" (https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/legacy/2014/05/30/declaration.pdf). Specifically, there was a mention of a "FBI analysis of
the Businessclub website revealed..." so I believe there should at least be responsive records related to this analysis and other related material.
