This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I want copies of any and all records that your agency has regarding me, William Curtis Edstrom, more specifically, my government arranged adoption in 1965, the incident in 1970 when two people working for your agency brought me dead on arrival (DOA) to a hospital after whacking me with a sharp object and watching all of my blood spurt out through a severed artery, sperm that was stolen from my bedroom in 1975, info about the three young men I was introduced to, by an agent, in New York City in 2005, as being "products" of the sperm that y'all stole in 1975, the incident in 1978 on Long Island, NY when two people working for your agency dropped me off with an agent, a child rapist, for my sexual experience in October 1978, the rigging of my 300ZX for a fatal car crash in November 1988, the time when I was brought dead on arrival (DOA) to Long Island Jewish Hospital in November 1988, a violent attack in midtown Manhattan in 1993 by several young men who were un-interested in taking my money, surgery in 2004 - after which a couple of agents of your agency told me that implants were implanted into my body during that surgical procedure at Columbia Presbyterian in Manhattan, NYC, NY; the arson that burned down my home at night while I was at home inside my bedroom in the Bronx NY in the Summer of 2011, the two men working for the government who broke my back in 2009, according to MRI's, PET/CT's etc my spine is collapsing and my spine is severed in five locations from that torture incident in 2009, daily "psy op's" that have gone on for decades now, daily sexual harassment's that have gone on for decades now, daily gang stalkings, agents and/or officers loitering in front of my home when I leave in the morning, agents and/or officers loitering in front of my house when I come home each day, agents and/or officers who have gang stalked me daily for several decades now; I understand from several of your officers over the years that y'all kidnapped me as a child because you all felt it necessary to "psychologically profile" me in order to "psychologically profile" my natural biological father who y'all could not get to, who was a General, a leader, in a foreign country; I am now in my 50's and my natural biological father is 89 and retired for many years now, how long exactly do officers and/or agents and/or other people working at or affiliated with your agency intend to continue to make threats against me, my life, my health, my home and for how long exactly do y'all plan on continuing the daily gang stalkings, psy op's (i.e. "psychological operations", psychologically abusive street theater performances, psychologically abusive behaviors), daily sexual harassment's and any and all other interactions?

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
