Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following records:
All Restricted Data Annual Reports pertaining to the years 2008-2018, as were required under 10 CFR 1045.19(b) to be prepared and made available to the public prior to that regulation being stricken.
This is an example of the records I am requesting, but covering a period of time in 2005-2007:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically (preferably in machine-readable format) by e-mail attachment if available or CD/DVD if not.
Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
