Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to request information about Providence agencies providing access to information to the Rhode Island Fusion Center. City of Providence APRA request #20-689 contains language on an officer from the Providence Police Department being assigned “on a full-time basis to the JTTF/Fusion Center.” In addition, records from the Rhode Island State Fusion Center (https://www.muckrock.com/foi/rhode-island-82/fusion-center-mous-moas-and-ndas-rhode-island-state-fusion-center-102545/#file-915375) indicate MOUs signed with the Rhode Island State Police on behalf of the local Police Departments in Rhode Island to “provide access to Host databases, reports, investigations, and other information produced, retained and/or controlled by the Host in order to review this information and assist the Host in identifying the types of information, including enforcement information, that may assist DHS or other entities with homeland security responsibilities.”

Thus, specifically, I am looking for:
1) The job description, job duties and/or contract for the officer from the Providence Police stationed at the Rhode Island State Fusion Center

2) Records or systems of records maintained or collected by the Providence Police Department and other agencies in the City of Providence or State of Rhode Island which can be accessed by the Rhode Island State Fusion Center

3) Records or systems of records maintained or collected by the Rhode Island State Fusion Center which can be accessed by the Rhode Island State Police or by the Providence Police Department and other agencies in the City of Providence

4) Copies of the database titles/filenames, database tables, database columns and databases maintained or collected by the Providence Police Department and other agencies in the City of Providence or State of Rhode Island that can be accessed by the Rhode Island State Fusion Center

5) Copies of the database titles/filenames, database tables, database columns and databases maintained or collected by the Rhode Island State Fusion Center that can be accessed by the Rhode Island State Police or by the Providence Police Department and other agencies in the City of Providence

6) Reports, investigations, and other information from any agency in the City of Providence and/or State of Rhode Island that has been shared with the Rhode Island State Fusion Center

7) Reports, investigations, and other information from the Rhode Island State Fusion Center that has been shared with the Rhode Island State Police or by the Providence Police Department and other agencies in the City of Providence

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
