Good afternoon,

When a request is submitted by a requester, we record the initial contact information given by that requester. This includes email addresses. If a requester sends in multiple requests, we use the contact information that was provided to us initially. We cannot change an email address every time there is a new request. In our system, once any part of the contact information changes, all the other requests that the requester has submitted automatically updates with the new information. When this happens any correspondence sent will have the same updated email address attached to the tracking number assigned.

We are not required to aid a requester with their personal tracking system. Our responsibility is to provide you with a tracking number for each request you submit. Thanks!
