Good Afternoon Ms. Sasani,

I received notice today from OGIS that you have been attempting to reach out to me to narrow the scope of your FOIA request, 20-F-1618 (attached). The email address originally provided to you was the one I used as a contractor in this office. Late last year, I became a federal employee with a new email account. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to continue to receive emails from those old accounts, so I did not receive the indicated emails. I sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration that would have caused.

Moving forward to the processing of your case, how were you hoping to narrow the request?

Again, apologies for the delay, and you can reach me at this email, laura.a.pintar.civ@mail.mil, for any questions or concerns related to your case.
Please note, that my team lead, Richard Strong, is cc'd to this email as a back-up in case I am on leave or for any other reason.

Very Respectfully,

Good Afternoon Ms. Sasani,

This is my third time reaching out. I understand you reached out to OGIS in an attempt to narrow the scope of your request. As stated in my previous emails, I would love to help you with this endeavor. If you could email me back about this action, we can get started.

Hi Laura,

I have asked to amend my request multiple times, but here again is the change I want to make:

My original request:
"A copy of the contract between HackerOne and the Department of Defense's Digital Defense Services, defining the terms of the 2019 "Hack the Army"event. Hack the Army took place in October and November of 2019 and is referenced in this article.

https://www.meritalk.com/articles/hack-the-army-effort-finds-more-than-145-security-vulnerabilities/"

My amended request:

The attached document shows that the contract awarded to HackerOne totaled 3 million dollars. I would like that budget broken down into line items. I want to know the dollar amount allocated to categories including (but not limited to) salaries and wages, fringe benefits, equipment, travel, materials and supplies, publicity).

Let me know when you receive this email, best,
Ava

Good Afternoon Ms. Sasani,

Yes, I apologize for the frustration. Unfortunately the system does not forward emails from my old contractor email to my newer government email. Your email request to amend your request was received. Please be aware that the request you are referencing for amendment is 20-F-1588, not 20-F-1618. Both requests are attached. I will get back to you on this shortly.
