Ms. Lamdan,

We have received your FOIA request at the Department of Energy and it has been assigned request number HQ-2017-00808-F. I am writing to inform you that we are required to establish a fee agreement with you. DOE begins charging fees at $15.00, so if the processing of your request does not exceed that amount you will not be charged fees. However, before we can go forward with your request, you must agree to pay fees. We can use the $15.00 minimum as the amount for the fee agreement if you would like. Additionally, we can set $15.00 as the maximum amount that you are willing to pay before being notified if DOE anticipates charging additional fees for the processing of your request.

Note that you have been classified as an "other" requester. Requesters in this category are entitled to two hours of search time and 100 pages at no cost.

Please let me know if you have another email address you'd like me to use or a phone number where I can reach you.

Thank you,
Natalie

Ms. Lamdan,

Thank you very much for the fee agreement. Now that we have that in place, I would like to establish a time frame for DOE's search for the records you requested. May I suggest from January 20, 2017 to present? If that doesn't work for you, please provide an alternate time frame.

Thank you again,
Natalie

From: Sarah Lamdan

Hi, Natalie. Thanks for the follow-up. Could we broaden the time-frame to January 1st, 2017 to present, rather than January 20th? Thank you. Let me know if you have any other questions, etc.

Sincerely,

Sarah

From: Anderson, Natalie M. (CONTR)
