Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All documents on Crypto Lotus, a California-based cryptocurrency hedge fund, which operates the following funds:
* Crypto Lotus Fund A LP (CIK 0001711635)
* Crypto Lotus Fund B, LLC (CIK 0001729101)
* Crypto Lotus Fund B (International), Ltd. (CIK 0001729160)
According to a civil suit, Crypto Lotus was investigated by the SEC sometime in 2019 or 2020 and was then issued a deficiency letter. Please search for this letter.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
