Mr. Day, Thank you for your request for the following: Emails written after July 1 st, 2020 with references to "mask mandate", "wear masks", "wearing masks", "sean feucht", "seanfeucht", "let us worship", "riots to revival", "bethel music", "RCW 43.70.130(7)", "RCW 70.05.120(4)", and "WAC 246-100-070(3)". I ran a search on the @seattle.gov emails belonging to the entire legislative department with the date range of July 1, 2020 to August 18, 2020.  The search terms I used were “mask mandate” OR “wear masks” OR “sean feucht” OR “let us worship” OR “riots to revival” OR “bethel music” OR “RCW.43.70.130(7)” OR “RCW 70.05.120(4)” OR “WAC 246-100-070(3)”. There was only one hit and that was the automatically generated email which notified us that you had filed this request.  I believe these terms are sufficient to give us a broad search that captures potentially responsive records, but still there were none. There is only one councilmember (CM) that actively uses non-City email accounts.  We will reach out to that CM for any potentially responsive records. I expect to have this completed by October 16, 2020.  If you have any questions, please reach out to me.  I look forward to working with you. Best regards, Joel Borja (206) 256-5407

Mr. Day,
We are still waiting on a councilmember (CM) for their non-City email account records, which will need to be reviewed when received.  I have followed up with the office.  With that said, we have to reschedule the disclosure of records to you on December 11, 2020.
Please reach out to me if you have questions.
Best regards,

Hi Joel,
I'm having a bit of technical hiccup converting some potentially responsive records to a reviewable format.
I should have it taken care of by next Friday, December 18, 2020.
Feel free to reach out if you have questions.
Best regards,
Matt

Hi Joel,
An email is available for your download.  I am waiving the fee.  As mentioned before we ran the search terms you listed and also reached out where necessary.  I did not included a few auto sent emails from The Seattle Times because they were just passive news alerts.  Let me know if you want to see what The Seattle Times was writing about on those days.  Beyond all this, there are no more responsive records and I am closing your request.
Best regards,
Matt Jaeger
