A Copy standard agreement Number 20-HK-00057
A copy of the agreement between the County of Marin and California Department of Housing and Community Development to Purchase 1591 Casa Buena Drive
A copy of the Deed for 1591 Casa Buena Drive
The preliminary title report on the property issued to the County of Marin on April 4th, 2021.
A copy of the 55 year affordability covenant subject upon 1591 Casa Buena Drive
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
