Hi Shawn,

We recently received notification from Cal Poly that they were in receipt of a PRA request dated May 7th 2021 relating to Grants from federal agencies to Cal Poly State University for research on UAV's 2016 to 2021. Please note that the Cal Poly Corporation is a separate legal entity that provides support to Cal Poly including administration of sponsored research programs.

Please let this serve as acknowledgment of receipt of your request and notice that we will comply. However, due to later receipt at the Corporation and the time needed to gather the requested materials, we will need additional time as permitted under the PRA. It is my expectation that we will have all of the materials gathered and a formal response issued before end-of business on July 9th.

Future information requests related to Sponsored Research at Cal Poly should be submitted directly to the Cal Poly Corporation at the following address: mailto:CPCPubRecordRequest@calpoly.edu

Thank you for your understanding.
