We would like to clarify with you what records you are seeking.  Please reply to this message or log in to the Portland Public Records Request Center to update this request.  Specifically, please clarify (and possibly narrow down) what you are looking for. The City of Portland has some two thousand applications -- most not supported by the Bureau of Technology Services. We also have hundreds of hosted solutions with external service providers that offer "cloud" services. Again, many are not managed by the Bureau of Technology Services.
If you can provide some clarity about what you're actually looking for, or are investigating, or are trying to prove, we'll do our best to find that information.
Alternatively, if you do want all of this information from every City bureau, you will need to submit a separate public records request to each individual bureau.

Please respond within 10 days of this email.  Thank you.

Dear Ni,
I am still awaiting a response from you from the email I sent on 2/18/2020.
This request, as it was submitted, is far too broad for me to fulfill. There are literally several thousand documents that could be responsive to this request as it was written. As I also mentioned, there are several different bureaus that would have some of this information. In order to proceed you would need to refine your request and identify specific documents and bureaus that are responsible for them. For example, I am unable to provide any documents on behalf of the Portland Police Bureau or the City Budget Office.
As it stands, fulfilling this request would require hundreds of hours of staff time to compile and at least 40 additional hours of review time. At a bare minimum, the cost to fulfill this request would be several hundreds of dollars and would take at least one month to fulfill. But again, I need you to further refine your search in order to proceed.

Hi Carrie,

Sorry for the delay. In that case, can you let me know if the city uses any CRM products from Tyler Technologies, Accela, Salesforce, or Microsoft?

Thanks,
