Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

- This is a request for information on Peter F. Ramage and Mr. Ramage’s involvement in Borough of Etna government and/or business(es).

- Please provide Mr. Peter Ramage’s involvement in the Borough of Etna government and with any of Borough of Etna business affairs, either elected or non-elected, paid or unpaid or in any other capacity.

- Please provide any salary, any remuneration or any other consideration and any and all benefits package to date, Mr. Peter Ramage has received since his involvement with the Borough of Etna starting around 1970.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The attachment ~WRD000 is a corrupt document and does not result in any intelligible pages. Please resend it in a readable or different format.

There are several matters not addressed in the second attachment, that could be opened, regarding Peter F. Ramage

- has Mr. Ramage held any titles other than Council Member, from 1970 to 1976?

- has Mr. Ramage held any titles other than Council President, from 1976 to present?

- has Mr. Ramage ever received more than $125.00 annually as a salary, as remuneration, as a stipend or received any other consideration?

- has Mr. Ramage accrued a benefits package since 1970, being a part of the Borough of Etna government?

- does Mr. Ramage enjoy a benefits package currently, while serving as the President of the Borough of Etna Council?

I have answered the same questions in the initial email response – which is attached. All titles, that I am aware of are listed – including Councilman, Council President, Emergency Management Coordinator and President of the Etna Economic Development Corp. which is not a government function. To my knowledge that is ALL the titles he has held as an elected official of the Borough of Etna and even includes one that is not a function of the elected official (President of the EEDC). He was Past President of the North Hills Council of Governments in 1996 and 1997 – which also has no salary or benefits provided.

Your first two questions in this request appear to the same question.

Again, Mr. Ramage receives NO OTHER compensation as an elected official of the Borough of Etna other than those already replied to in the original response.

Council members do not receive health benefits or any other stipend than the monthly salary which I provided in my original response.

Again the last three questions appear to be the same question. I apologize if I was not clear, I did not put in a statement that he nor any Council persons do not receive any benefit package – no insurance, etc.

Again, you were provided the ACCURATE information in the previous two responses – not sure of this website – I believe there is simply a comma missing Mayor as Tony Damiano – who was the Mayor at that time.

Again, Pete was elected in 1970 and has served since as a Council man and he was elected President of Council in 1976 and has served EVERY YEAR SINCE THEN AS PRESIDENT as previously stated.

There was no break in his service from Council since that time.

I am officially providing notice as well – as I am getting multiple requests from you daily, that I am out of the office all next week. Any requests will require an extension of time as I will be on vacation.
