Abbott's office on November 7, 2023, the Public Safety Office is administering 383 grant awards totaling $62 million for "homeland security" associated programs: https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-announces-over-528-million-in-public-safety-grants

According to responsive records, Arlington was awarded $339,575.00 on 13-Nov-23 (grant number 2978509) for the purpose of "2023 UASI - Arlington - Intelligence Sustainment (LE)."

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $339,575.00, awarded on 13-Nov-23, to Arlington for the purpose of "2023 UASI - Arlington - Intelligence Sustainment (LE)" (grant number 2978509).

This request is not seeking further documentation beyond the list of awardees and amount awarded to each.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
