Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

(A) Any and all "Deepfakes" or manipulated media content created by the National Center for Media Forensics at University of Colorado Denver (NCMF) for DARPA and the MediFor program. A deepfake is manipulated video that a computer has generated autonomously using machine learning. Based on reporting from ABC News and interviews with Dr. Catalan Grigoras and Jeffery Smith of the NCMF, the NCMF is working with DARPA to create Deepfakes for forensic research. Responsive documents may include Video Files, Image files, PDFs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
