Please include emails where play@chicagoparkdistrict.com is cc'ed and bcc'ed and provide this log in an .xls format.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I just sent the response to your FOIA 5579.
Regarding this FOIA 5580, it was very nice meeting you by phone yesterday for the narrowing conference.
As we discussed, I suggested that you provide keywords to narrow this request. I gave an example of a previous FOIA where I conferenced with the requestor to identify what that requestor was looking for and working together we identified timeframe and keywords that successfully narrowed the request.
At the time of our phone call, you were hesitant to provide what you are looking for or keywords to narrow this search. You suggested limiting the timeframe and I agreed that that was another way to narrow the request.
As soon as I receive your narrowed request, I will process it. As a courtesy, I am extending the time on this FOIA 5580. Under section 140/3(e), the Park District is extending the time to respond to your request by five business days. The new due date for your request is May 17, 2024 by close of business.
Regarding your other FOIA requests submitted this week FOIA 5598, 5599, 5600, 5604, 5605, 5606, 5607, and 5610 the Park District will respond in due course.
