Please find the last communication from the Borough of Etna FOIA Officer, that their tracking shows, there was a document successfully delivered to MUCKROCK, WATER-MARKS & ALL. —— Confirmed delivery of documents to Muckrock address sent by the Borough of Etna.

I do not see any Ivan Flood, WATER-DAMAGED documents, posted.

Perchance, the Borough of Etna FOIA Officer sent the wrong documents?

Is there a reason you are using all caps and hyphens? The responsive documents are right there…

I apologize for my style of writing. I did not mean to cause any offense.

I still do not see any document posted that the Freedom of Information Officer said are ‘water damaged’ by the Ivan Flood. Did MUCKROCK receive any documents like they described?

Furthermore, the link in the response from the Borough of Etna on March 13, 2017, the Authority under which the Borough of Etna operates http://legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/LI/consCheck.cfm?txtType=HTM&++1=08 , is marked ‘Invalid criteria’ and does not produce any valid document.

I do not know where to go from here concerning this Freedom of Information request.

There are some documents that look water damaged here: https://d3gn0r3afghep.cloudfront.net/foia_files/2016/12/28/12-22-16_MR31093_RES.pdf

I could accept this document if they were of the entire page, with 1/4 of the page tattered and torn; salvaged from being wet.

But 1/4 of the page is sliced off. It is a clean cut.

And the website that is offered by the Etna Freedom of Information Officer is invalid.
