Town of Northfield Vermont Social Media Policy

I need a social media policy, the town has said that they have one- it is nowhere to be found and they will not email me back or return calls. Looking to submit a FOIA request. Under the agency title I have tried a few different things but nothing is listed. Just looking for some guidance. Their town website is this: http://www.northfield-vt.gov
