Total requests -- when do they reset?

Good morning,
I joined Muckrock on June 7 and quickly filled out my 20 requests. I was under the impression that after a month, I would have another 20 to work with — but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
Where can I find more information about the request limits? When do they reset? Do they reset?

Hi Brad,
It looks like they reset (there were 20 requests in your account), so you should be able to file no problem. It looks like you might also have two different accounts, with Brad_Reporter having the requests and bradracino not having them (let me know and I can delete the latter).
They should refill, 20 each month on the date that you subscribed (so the 7th). I added an extra five requests, just in case there is some bug, so you should now be able to file up to 25 requests.
Let me know if this is still unclear, or if you can’t file your full 20 requests.
