I have a draft of a request in my account - I hit submit but it still reads that it’s a draft - is there something wrong with the system or do I need to do something else?

Hi Steve,
It looks like you had an unusual character in the request, possibly a trademark symbol or something similar. Working on fixing this bug, but in the meantime try taking out any unusual characters and resubmitting.
