My request ( got submitted to the correct agency, but followup emails appear to go some tech support inbox. I submitted a help request to Muckrock, was told that everything was working fine now, I replied asking for clarification as to whether or not I needed to re-submit my response and got nothing back from Muckrock. So I left it alone for a while, and got more replies from the agency indicating they were waiting to get clarification on my request. So I re-submitted my clarification, and got back the same reply that the message was sent to the wrong address. I requested help again from Muckrock and have not heard back. What should I do?
